Key Responsibilities:

• Process MSO and title transactions for retail, lease, and wholesale vehicle sales
• Follow up on outstanding titles and ensure timely receipt
• Verify incoming titles for accuracy and completeness
• Scan and file all deal paperwork efficiently
• Handle both in-state and out-of-state titling and registration processes
• Maintain current knowledge of Colorado motor vehicle laws, county requirements, and sales/use tax regulations (including home rule)

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership title clerk or administrative experience required
• Strong understanding of MSO and title processing procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Professional, positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with sales and finance teams
• Proficient with computers; training provided on our DMS and accounting systems

What We Offer:

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour based on experience
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
