Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using road testing, line pressure analysis, stall speed testing, and electronic control system interrogation
• Interpret live scan data, fault codes, and solenoid performance to identify hydraulic, mechanical, or electronic failures
• Deliver clear, detailed diagnostic reports and brief rebuild technicians for accurate first-time repairs
• Maintain expertise across domestic, import, late-model electronics, and CVT transmissions
• Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and shop quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional transmission diagnostic experience
• Advanced proficiency with Snap-on, Autel, Launch, or equivalent scan tools
• ASE A2, T-Series, or ATD certification required
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
