  • Ensure Full Compliance: Strictly adhere to state and federal regulations, ensuring all vehicles are merchandised with Buyer’s Guides and other required documentation without exception.
  • Creative Vehicle Acquisition: Source vehicles through innovative and diverse purchasing strategies to maintain a robust inventory.
  • Optimize Online Merchandising: Present vehicles attractively on our website and third-party platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and detailed descriptions.
  • Enhance In-Person Merchandising: Keep vehicles clean, reconditioned, and strategically arranged to maintain an inviting, organized lot that reflects our high standards.
  • Streamline Service Department Flow: Collaborate with our eager Service Department to efficiently manage vehicle preparation and reconditioning processes.
  • Uphold Ethical Deal Submission: Submit deals with integrity and precision, maintaining thorough and compliant documentation.
  • Lead Staff Development: Partner with the General Sales Manager to provide ongoing training, empowering the sales team to excel and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
