- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled factory services.
- Diagnose and repair brake, steering, suspension, cooling, charging, starting, and exhaust systems.
- Complete engine performance repairs using diagnostic equipment and service information.
- Perform drivability repairs under the guidance of senior technicians when needed.
- Replace components including water pumps, alternators, starters, radiators, wheel bearings, suspension parts, and other mechanical systems.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance recommendations.
- Accurately document repairs and findings on repair orders.
- Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Continue building technical knowledge through factory training and hands-on experience.
- Experience as a B Level Automotive Technician, Automotive Service Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Automotive Repair Technician.
- Ability to perform repairs with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of engine performance, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience using diagnostic scan tools and repair information systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Dependable work habits with attention to quality and detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- ASE Certifications are a plus but are not required.
- Competitive pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on verifiable experience
