Are you passionate about Powersports and looking to kickstart your career in a fun and dynamic industry?  Anderson Powersports is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.  As a Powersports Product Specialist, you will be immersed in a world of adventure, working with a wide range of products including ATVs, motorcycles, jet skis, personal watercraft, side-by-sides, and even boats.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities

• A genuine passion for Powersports and eagerness to learn about our products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Computer skills with email and a CRM (Customer Relations Management) system.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job and comprehensive training.
• An understanding of the digital world is helpful with social media, pictures, and videos used daily.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must enjoy and excel in a team environment.
• Must have an upbeat and positive outlook.
• Must be dedicated and reliable.

Work Environment

This position operates throughout the dealership.  Time will be spent outdoors, inside the dealership, and while sitting at a desk.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met and employees to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
• The employee must frequently lift and /or move items up to 50 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth deception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours will vary to accommodate the sales department’s working hours.  Hours of operation are Tuesday -Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and regularly require working weekends.

Travel

There may be occasional travel to pick up or deliver vehicles from other locations.
