RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with the Finance Department’s procedures.
- Oversee the portfolio alongside lenders.
- Conduct daily reviews and inspections of the department’s paperwork flow to ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Guarantee full adherence to local, state, and federal regulations for all transactions.
- Demonstrate commitment to helping the sales department achieve its goals.
- Uphold professional ethics, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
- Work with the sales team to implement proper selling practices.
- Create and maintain the work schedule for the finance department.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred prior automotive experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivation
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
