About the Role

As an F&I Manager at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, you’ll be the linchpin of our sales process, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions that enhance the customer experience.   • Master the Menu Process: Utilize our F&I-friendly menu selling process to present options clearly and close deals efficiently.
  • Streamline Transactions: Review credit applications for accuracy, ensure all documentation is complete, and submit financial paperwork promptly.
  • Champion Compliance: Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining impeccable standards for documentation and processes.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with the sales team to deliver seamless, professional customer experiences from start to finish.
  • Boost CSI Scores: Promote outstanding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results through exceptional communication and service.
  • Innovate and Excel: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging your expertise to enhance our F&I offerings and drive dealership profitability.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience, including secondary financing expertise.
  • Track Record: Proven success in achieving high gross production and positive customer satisfaction scores.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration abilities; proficient in dealership management systems and financial software.
  • Attributes: Team-oriented, professional, and driven to excel in a high-performance environment.
  • Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR); must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
