Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Service and Parts Departments to ensure operational efficiency, quality service, and high customer satisfaction.
- Strategically direct operations, encompassing inventory control, purchasing processes, and management of parts inventory.
- Provide direct leadership to the Service Manager and Parts Manager, promoting a team-oriented and efficient work environment.
- Formulate annual targets and strategies, including the creation of an operating budget and a marketing strategy.
- Uphold superior Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings and address customer issues proficiently.
