OGC10 Garage & Co. LLC is a veteran-owned independent shop in Anna, TX doing full mechanical service work: diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, alongside a growing fleet contract base (Meals on Wheels Collin County, and municipal work in the works). We’re looking for an experienced technician who can own the hard jobs, not just the fast ones, for flat rate automotive technician jobs Anna TX and The OGC10 Garage technician openings.

As a veteran owned independent shop technician, complex diagnostic technician Collin County, or intermittent electrical drivability technician, you’ll diagnose tough electrical and drivability concerns, complete quality repairs on domestic, European, and import vehicles, and support both retail customers and fleet accounts in a small, hands-on shop.

What you’d be doing

• Diagnosing and repairing a mixed fleet domestic, European, and import
• Handling genuinely difficult diagnostic work: intermittent electrical issues, drivability complaints, the stuff that doesn’t clear with a quick code read
• Working efficiently across both retail customer vehicles and fleet contract work

Pay structure

• 35% commission on all billed labor
• $1,000/week guaranteed for your first 60 days while you ramp up
• $500/week minimum ongoing after that; this is a floor, not a target; most weeks will earn well above it
• Separate hourly pay for any time spent on DIY bay member assistance (not commissionable, paid on top)

What we’re looking for

• ASE Master certification preferred; advanced diagnostic certifications (L1, L2, L3) a strong plus
• Real experience with complex and intermittent diagnostic work not just routine maintenance
• Own tools (standard for flat rate positions)
• Valid driver’s license
• Someone who can work independently, this is a small, hands-on shop, not a big-box chain
