Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performance sales teams across both automotive and RV divisions
- Oversee the successful launch and daily operations of our new RV franchise
- Drive revenue through strong inventory management and high-ticket RV sales strategies
- Ensure profitability of the service department by balancing used car reconditioning and RV maintenance
- Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated sales team focused on high-commission performance
- Maintain operational excellence while meeting franchise standards and used car volume goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of dealership management experience (GM, GSM, or Sales Manager level)
- Proven success in both automotive and RV sales environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and retaining high-performing teams
- Ability to manage fixed operations and service department profitability
- Adaptability to balance two distinct market segments
Compensation:
- First 3 months: $4,000 monthly guarantee
- Month 4 onward: $4,000 monthly draw + high-commission structure with no ceiling
- Six-figure earning potential for top performers
