Pay Range: $90,000 to $120,000 with potential yearly bonus

Come grow with us by joining our team as an Operations Manager!  In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations at our production facility in Elkhart, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, proficient in resource management, process optimization, and adept at ensuring the efficient production of high-quality goods.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, promoting operational excellence.

Resource Management:

  • Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals.

Quality Control:

  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.

Budget Management:

  • Help develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations while meeting production targets.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to maintain a safe working environment.

Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components for production.

Communication:

  • Facilitate clear communication between different departments, fostering collaboration and synergy within the organization.

Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, analyze data, and present findings to senior management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production setting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Physical Requirements
