Technicians rely on diagnostic tools and equipment that range from factory-level scan software to lab scopes and dyno-style verification, then document each finding so the repair is right the first time and the customer understands the work performed.

In real hiring situations, our shop manager looks for candidates who can take a vehicle from the initial concern through diagnosis, repair, and road test without hand-holding. ASE certified technicians and A level technicians tend to move through the process fastest, and driveability and electrical technicians who are comfortable chasing intermittent faults, wiring issues, and calibration concerns are especially strong fits. What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to the highest standards of quality and performance
• Provide exceptional service on Ford vehicles, including upgrades, modifications, and customizations that improve appearance and function
• Work on Ford vehicles of various models and years
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and recommend solutions
• Talk with customers to understand their needs and expectations
• Learn all Ford, Mustang, and F-150 systems and components, including engine performance, electrical, transmission, and suspension (prior knowledge is not a necessity)

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Certification or training in automotive technology
• Prior experience working on Ford vehicles (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Own tools
• ASE certifications not required, but a big benefit
