Pay: $35.00 to $60.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs on Porsche vehicles
• Repair and replace faulty components, including engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, brakes, and other Porsche-specific parts
• Complete routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements per Porsche manufacturer guidelines
• Use specialized diagnostic equipment and software to diagnose complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide detailed explanations and estimates
• Stay current on Porsche technology, tools, and repair techniques through ongoing training
• Perform work efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• At least three years of professional automotive service technician experience (any make or model) preferred for career advancement
• 2 years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role required; 2 years in a dealership environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical vehicle components
• Ability to use various tools effectively
• Ability to use a computer for data entry and data management

This is an on-site, in-person role. Non-exempt positions are typically scheduled for approximately 40+ hours per week.
