Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls using professional telephone etiquette and efficiently manage the switchboard.
• Welcome customers upon arrival and quickly determine the reason for their visit.
• Guide guests to the appropriate department or staff member based on their needs.
• Keep customer lounge and copier areas clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Track and manage the assignment of dealer plates and loaner vehicles.
• Handle customer down payments in accordance with their financing agreements.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
• Skilled in managing tasks efficiently through strong organization and prioritization.
• Adept at addressing customer concerns and delivering timely, effective solutions.
