Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a steady stream of calls with professionalism and speed, using scripts flexibly to meet customer needs
  • Listen actively, resolve concerns, and provide clear solutions while building trust
  • Own every interaction from initial contact through follow-up and escalation
  • Spot upsell opportunities for additional services to drive revenue
  • Track daily issues, actions, and outcomes in our system
  • Suggest process improvements based on call insights
  • Meet individual and team targets for service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior customer service/call center experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and quick learning ability
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet tools, and databases
  • Warm, empathetic, positive personality with strong voice presence
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to pass background/drug screen

What You’ll Enjoy:

  • Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (1-hour meal break)
  • $18–$20/hr starting with performance-based increases
