Lum’s Auto Center in Warrenton, OR, is seeking an experienced Service Drive Manager to lead our service lane operations for automotive service drive manager jobs Oregon and service drive manager Warrenton OR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train Service Advisors and Service BDC teams on Chris Collins processes and performance standards
- Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, role-playing, and one-on-one development sessions
- Oversee daily service drive workflow, appointment flow, and repair order accuracy
- Drive key performance indicators including labor sales, ELR, hours per RO, and customer retention
- Ensure clear communication, value presentation, and exceptional customer service
- Handle escalated concerns while maintaining high CSI/CSAT scores
- Maintain compliance with dealership, OEM, and legal standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of automotive service experience with leadership or coaching responsibility
- Experience training Service Advisors and/or Service BDC teams
- Strong DMS and service process knowledge
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Chris Collins service drive experience preferred
