Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of service bays, floors, workbenches, lifts, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain all shop flooring to a high standard
• Clean up after technicians by removing oil spills, used rags, debris, and discarded parts
• Empty trash and recycling containers multiple times daily
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break room, and office spaces
• Properly dispose of hazardous waste and used fluids according to regulations
• Keep walkways, exits, and emergency equipment clear and accessible
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and seasonal grounds work as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with pride in a clean workspace
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a busy automotive shop environment
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day
• Prior janitorial or shop cleaning experience is a plus (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
