Anderson Powersports is looking for an Accessory Technician to join our amazing team.  The right candidate should be knowledgeable, professional, have a positive attitude, and have a passion for details.

Our Accessory Technicians should enjoy installing winches, turn signal kits, roofs, windshields, wheels, and other accessories on our units.

Qualifications & Skills

• Install Accessories for Customers and Dealership units.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of accessory installation techniques.
• Electrical skills
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a productive member of our team.
• Be a problem solver and willing to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and as a team player.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Show when scheduled to work, on time, ready, and able to perform essential job functions.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable, safe driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Work Environment

This position operates throughout the dealership.  Time will be spent outdoors in the weather and elements.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
• The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours will vary to accommodate the department’s working hours.  This position regularly requires working evenings and weekends.

Note: Schedules are subject to change.  Two-week notice of a schedule change will be provided whenever possible.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required to drive from one dealership to another or training.
