Summary/Objective  

The highly skilled and creative Website Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to design, code, and enhance our company’s web pages, programs, and applications. This role plays a crucial role in translating our company’s requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing online assets that align with our brand identity and provide an exceptional user experience.

Essential Functions

  • Coding webpages or entire websites, reviewing website templates or refine their designs and running tests to preview layouts and website features.
  • Optimize landing pages for responsiveness across various devices to provide a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure that the landing pages maintain a high standard of design excellence, aligning with our brand guidelines.
  • Designs and prepares printing layouts for posters, flyers, digital displays, ads, and printed material. Performs photography and photo manipulation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand their requirements and implement design solutions effectively.
  • Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
  • Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements for our online presence.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Javascript
  • Proficient with WordPress (UI/UX Design)
  • Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
  • Proven experience in website design and development, with a strong portfolio of showcasing previous work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Work Environment

This position operates throughout the dealership. Time will be spent outdoors in the weather and elements. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
