Automotive Guest Relations Manager - Summary

The primary goal of the guest relations manager is to make customers feel welcome and ensure their satisfaction. The guest relations manager needs to work well with people, be able to handle stressful situations, and maintain a positive attitude.

Automotive Guest Relations Manager - Essential Duties

  • Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Greets all showroom and service customers answering any questions relating to their needs and concerns.
  • Intervenes in any customer misunderstandings and offers solutions consistent with empowerment levels.
  • Attends all sales and service meetings to gather information on daily, weekly, and monthly customer goals.
  • Provides any concierge services consistent with resources and empowerment levels.
  • Plans weekly and monthly enthusiasm events and employee team building events.
  • Works with all departments to anticipate customer needs and constraints.
  • Works on service drive contacting customers for retention and loyalty opportunities.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Retail experience helpful
