Do you offer a special discount for dealers who order through MarketCenter?
Yes, MarketCenter has negotiated preferred pricing for all Stellantis dealers: $675 for 12 months, $249 for 3 months, or $99 for 1 month of unlimited job postings per store location.
Can I place ads for my non-Stellantis stores at the same rate?
Non-Stellantis franchises owned by a Stellantis dealer may be added to the program, provided the Stellantis dealership is enrolled first.
Are we billed monthly?
With the 12-month term, you pay a one-time preferred rate to start the program. The 3-month term is billed quarterly, and the 1-month term is billed monthly; both continue automatically until canceled. To cancel your enrollment, written notice must be provided at least 10 days prior to the renewal date.
All billing is processed automatically through your Stellantis Dealer Invoice. Most franchise dealers choose to continue advertising with us due to the ongoing value of the program.
Can I cancel anytime with a refund?
Because the MarketCenter pricing is an exclusive, non-advertised rate, all enrollments under this program are non-refundable.
How much will I be saving?
This program represents a unique opportunity that has never been offered at this rate. Through MarketCenter’s negotiated agreement, dealers receive preferred pricing that significantly reduces annual recruiting costs. Most franchise dealerships typically spend anywhere from $1,500 to $15,000 per year with us, while general job sites often charge $320–$500+ per month per posting—frequently delivering unqualified applicants or little to no results. With this program, you receive unlimited job postings for up to 12 months, 3 months, or month-to-month at one low, predictable price, and your openings are seen exclusively by experienced automotive professionals actively seeking careers in the industry—not the general public.
How do I place an ad?
You can submit your job postings through the link available in DealerCONNECT>MarketCenter . If you prefer, you may email jobs to [email protected].
Please include your contact information with your submission. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you for clarification; otherwise, your job will be posted promptly.
How many words are allowed in the advertisement?
There is no word limit for job postings; however, we recommend keeping your description clear and concise. Ideally, aim for 150–200 words to effectively communicate the role and attract qualified candidates.
Can I have my company logo in the ad? Website link?
Yes. Unless you request otherwise, we will include your company logo in the job posting and link directly to your company website. In most cases, we can obtain your logo directly from your website, so there’s no need to email it separately.
Will you write the ad(s) for us?
As long as you provide the basic details—such as the job description, company overview, and dealership information—we’re happy to assist with writing your job posting.
Can I list a position to "fish" for candidates?
We recommend only posting positions that are actively open and available. Our job seekers are experienced professionals who expect current, legitimate opportunities—not listings for roles that are already filled or on hold.
When will my ad go live?
If your ad is submitted during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Mountain Time), it will generally be posted to our website within one hour, and in many cases much sooner. Submissions received outside of business hours will be processed as quickly as possible on the next business day.
Can I list my job opening confidentially?
Yes, you can post a job without identifying your company name or location. On the Job Post form, simply check the box labeled “Post Confidentially” near the bottom of the page before submitting your posting.
All applications are processed through our system, and you will be notified by email when a candidate applies. Applicants will not know where their information has been sent unless and until you contact them directly by phone or email.
How do I search resumes?
Any company currently advertising on AUTOjobs.com® has access to search our resume database at no additional cost. However, Stellantis dealerships must first be enrolled in the MarketCenter program to gain access.
Once enrolled, you will receive a confirmation message from our website and can immediately begin posting jobs and viewing resumes submitted by automotive professionals.
