- Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, drivability, engine performance, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and transmission systems.
- Identify the root cause of customer concerns using factory diagnostic equipment and proven troubleshooting techniques.
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Perform factory-recommended maintenance and multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Repair and replace engines, transmissions, driveline components, suspension, steering, braking, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose intermittent and difficult-to-duplicate vehicle concerns.
- Document repair procedures and recommendations accurately on repair orders.
- Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation.
- Assist fellow technicians with advanced diagnostic concerns when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology through factory training.
- Proven experience as an A Level Automotive Technician, Master Automotive Technician, or Automotive Diagnostic Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to accurately diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
- Experience using computerized diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
- Knowledge of engine performance, drivability, fuel, ignition, emissions, HVAC, suspension, steering, brake, and transmission systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to continue learning.
- Competitive flat-rate pay: $40.00/FRH – $50.00/FRH, depending on verifiable experience
