Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, drivability, engine performance, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and transmission systems.
  • Identify the root cause of customer concerns using factory diagnostic equipment and proven troubleshooting techniques.
  • Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Perform factory-recommended maintenance and multi-point vehicle inspections.
  • Repair and replace engines, transmissions, driveline components, suspension, steering, braking, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose intermittent and difficult-to-duplicate vehicle concerns.
  • Document repair procedures and recommendations accurately on repair orders.
  • Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation.
  • Assist fellow technicians with advanced diagnostic concerns when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
  • Stay current with evolving automotive technology through factory training.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an A Level Automotive Technician, Master Automotive Technician, or Automotive Diagnostic Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to accurately diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
  • Experience using computerized diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
  • Knowledge of engine performance, drivability, fuel, ignition, emissions, HVAC, suspension, steering, brake, and transmission systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to continue learning.
