What We’re Seeking:
- Experience: Strong background in CDJR Diesel and Cummins systems is highly preferred.
- Certification: CDJR Level 2 or higher certification is a plus.
- Skills: Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain Ram diesel engines and associated systems.
- Diagnostics: Solid electrical and drivability diagnostic capabilities.
- Warranty Knowledge: Familiarity with warranty repairs and Stellantis procedures.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Work Ethic: Professional demeanor, reliability, and pride in your craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, emissions, and aftertreatment systems.
- Carry out warranty and customer-pay diesel repairs.
- Utilize OEM diagnostic tools and adhere to Stellantis repair protocols.
- Accurately document all work performed on repair orders.
- Maintain efficiency while ensuring high-quality outcomes and minimal comebacks.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and shop management.
