Key Responsibilities:

• Meet dealership sales goals
• Greet customers and determine the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired
• Explain vehicle features and conduct demonstration drives
• Suggest optional equipment and compute/quote sales prices (including tax, trade-in allowance, and discounts)
• Complete all sales paperwork, including sales slips or contracts
• Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
• Research availability of models and optional equipment
• Engage in business development and address customer concerns
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards
• Keep an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Participate in required training and accurately record hours worked
• Follow all company policies, core values, Safeguards rules, and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma preferred
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired
• Up to 3 years of related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web-based customer management applications
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills with customers and company personnel
