Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine preventive maintenance services.
• Rotate, balance, and install tires.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Inspect brakes, steering, suspension, belts, hoses, and tires for wear.
• Perform tire repairs and basic wheel services.
• Maintain a clean and organized service bay.
• Follow factory procedures and dealership quality standards.
• Communicate inspection results clearly with the service team.
• Assist senior technicians with repairs while expanding your technical skills.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of experience as a Lube Technician, Quick Lane Technician, Express Technician, or Entry-Level Automotive Technician in a fast-paced service department.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the dealership.
• Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to participate in paid factory hands-on training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
