Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect customer vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Accurately estimate the cost of repairs
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently
• Document services performed and request necessary parts
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
• Participate in required training

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong automotive background with B Level experience
• Mazda or other import certifications preferred
• ASE Certification a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Willing to submit to drug screen and background check
