Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all dealership accounting functions, including financial reporting and general ledger oversight
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements per manufacturer standards
• Manage account reconciliations, schedules, cash flow, and flooring/floorplan accounts
• Supervise, train, and develop the accounting team for peak performance
• Lead month-end close processes with precision and timeliness
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, OEM requirements, and state/federal regulations
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external CPA interactions
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to support ownership decisions

Qualifications:

• Proven automotive dealership accounting experience required
• Controller or Assistant Controller background strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of dealership financial statements and manufacturer reporting
• Proficiency with Reynolds, or similar DMS platforms
• Exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and attention to detail
• High integrity and commitment to accuracy
