Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Maintain full proficiency with title laws and the registration process
• Maintain required proficiency and certifications
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts

What We’re Looking For:

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check

Compensation:
Annual compensation range of $140,000 to $160,000
