Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all dealership departments and ensure overall profitability and operational success
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while actively supporting deal closings
  • Manage new and used vehicle inventory to optimize turnover and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies that increase traffic and sales
  • Work closely with Fixed Operations to align service and sales goals
  • Monitor monthly and yearly forecasts while maintaining high CSI scores
  • Serve as a servant leader who inspires the team and fosters a positive culture

Qualifications:

  • Prior Automotive General Management experience preferred
  • Strong track record of operational success and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and dealership processes
  • Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and MS Outlook
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
