BMW of Murrieta is seeking a motivated Automotive Salesperson to sell new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction for automotive salesperson jobs Murrieta CA and BMW salesperson BMW of Murrieta.

This non-supervisory role focuses on guiding customers through the complete buying process, conducting professional vehicle demonstrations, and consistently meeting dealership sales goals in a high-end BMW environment. As a premium dealership salesperson Southern California or customer focused BMW sales openings professional, you’ll work with both new and pre-owned inventory while maintaining strong CSI scores and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet dealership sales goals
• Greet customers and determine the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired
• Explain vehicle features and conduct demonstration drives
• Suggest optional equipment and compute/quote sales prices (including tax, trade-in, and discounts)
• Complete all sales paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration
• Research model and optional equipment availability
• Engage in business development and address customer concerns
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards
• Keep an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Participate in required training and accurately record hours worked
• Follow all company policies, core values, and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired
• Up to 3 years of related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform all essential duties effectively
