Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and gather detailed information about vehicle issues
• Write clear, comprehensive repair estimates for services such as oil changes, brake repair, transmission work, suspension, tire service, and shocks & struts
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion
• Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics
• Manage repair orders from start to finish and update customers on progress
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate service records
• Communicate technical information clearly and promote dealership products

What We’re Looking For:

• Dealership experience or auto service advisor background preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Experience with auto estimating, transmissions, oil changes, suspension, tire service, shocks & struts, and brake repair
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
