Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionalism.
• Identify the customer’s primary concern and assess any additional maintenance needs when appropriate.
• Provide a complimentary vehicle condition inspection for every customer.
• Offer and record fair, competitive, and transparent price quotes, both the customer’s and dealership’s interests.
• Ensure communication each customer is in a manner that leaves them feeling comfortable and well-informed at all times.
• Address customer complaints immediately and resolve them the customer’s satisfaction.
• Build and sustain excellent customer relationships that promote repeat and referral business.
• ate as a team member and maintain the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Auto Dealer Service Advisor Jobs | Here’s what you’ll need:

• Two years’ experience in account management, customer service, or retail.
• Previous service department or dealership experience is highly desired.
