Day-to-Day Focus:

• Welcome arriving service guests and walk them through loaner check-out
• Take incoming calls, listen closely, and resolve questions or concerns with professionalism
• Remind scheduled clients in advance about the documents they need for a smooth arrival
• Support accident reports, insurance claims, and deductible collection when a loaner is involved
• Have the fleet staged by 11:00 a.m. — cleaned, fueled, and parked in the correct spots
• Complete loaner contracts accurately and confirm license, insurance, and credit card details
• Inspect units at departure and return; account for keys, stock numbers, and utilization
• Track RO numbers, vehicle status, and swaps in Dealerware and Excel
• Work with outside body shops and rental partners to maintain loaner availability

Candidate Profile:

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role; automotive or rental experience is a strong plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with Excel/Word and able to learn Dealerware quickly
• Clear written and verbal communication, including calm de-escalation
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Enjoys keeping vehicles in the right place at the right time in a busy shop
