Shop Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Handle tire replacement, mounting, and balancing
• Conduct wheel alignments
• Service brakes, steering, suspension, and other maintenance items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks efficiently

Mobile Technician Responsibilities:

• Provide mobile tire services including mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs
• Perform mobile oil changes and battery replacements
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and inventory
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Deliver excellent customer service with a sales-minded approach
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive repair experience (required)
• Experience with tire service or oil changes preferred
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. comfortably
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, motivated, and able to stay on task
