Key Responsibilities:

• Complete MPI inspections for service advisors, including estimates and explanations
• Test drive vehicles with customers to evaluate noise or vibration concerns
• Diagnose and repair vehicles based on identified issues and approved estimates
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to confirm concerns have been resolved
• Identify and document any additional work needed after inspection or test drive
• Accurately complete all required documentation for each repair
• Stay current on manufacturer information, recalls, and training
• Return vehicles to proper locations clean and secured

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points and no major violations
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a service technician (manufacturer certifications preferred but not required)
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures and noise levels
