Salary Range: $50,000 to $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide additional vehicle and client information to technical staff as needed
• Ensure proper documentation of condition, cause, and correction on all repair orders
• Adhere to manufacturer guidelines for submittal timelines
• Maintain and update a detailed schedule of warranty claims and statuses
• Ensure correct pricing using the appropriate Labor Pricing Guide on all repair orders
• Properly document monetary information on all repair orders
• Ensure correct parts and labor billing on all repair orders
• Obtain manufacturer authorization before closing goodwill repair orders
• Submit and close repair orders
• Confirm the dealer is paid on time and accurately for submitted repair orders
• Create journal entries/pay adjustments with management approval if a repair order pays differently than originally submitted
• Strive to exceed sales and client satisfaction objectives set by management
• Report to management any situation that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, employees, or clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in warranty administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of warranty regulations and industry best practices is a plus
• Customer-focused mindset and dedication to exceptional service

This is an on-site, in-person role. Non-exempt positions are typically scheduled for approximately 40+ hours per week.
