Key Responsibilities

• Meet dealership sales goals by guiding customers through the vehicle selection process.
• Greet customers, assess their vehicle preferences, and highlight features during showroom presentations or test drives.
• Suggest optional equipment and present pricing, including taxes, trade-ins, and discounts.
• Complete sales paperwork, such as contracts and sales slips.
• Arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
• Research vehicle models and available options.
• Engage in business development to attract new customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to meet or exceed company standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Attend required training and accurately track work hours.
• Adhere to company policies, Safeguard regulations, and safety standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Up to 3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred, ideally in automotive.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with reasonable accommodations for medical conditions if needed.
