Fixed Operations Director, Southeast United States
Fixed Operations Director Jobs Southeastern United States | Single-Point Toyota Dealership
Confidential Toyota
Southeast United States
A Toyota single point dealership in the Southeast is moving fixed operations under one point of accountability, and this confidential search is one of the more significant Fixed Operations Director jobs in the Southeast United States. Service, parts, and collision currently run as separate departments with separate managers, and the dealership wants one leader who runs them as a single business and owns the combined fixed ops P&L, including customer-pay, warranty, internal, and collision gross. The store includes a Toyota Certified Collision Center, and the Director will report directly to the Dealer/Operator, with no regional layer in between. Day to day, that means managing absorption rate and effective labor rate against the store’s goals, keeping parts inventory turns and fill rate healthy so technicians are not waiting on parts, and holding the body shop to collision cycle time, touch time, and CSI targets that keep both customers and insurance partners satisfied. The Director works inside CDK, Reynolds, or Dealertrack to review repair order data and department reports and relies on CCC ONE or Mitchell estimating to keep collision pricing, supplements, and workflow on track.
In real hiring situations, the Dealer/Operator is looking for a Toyota or Lexus fixed ops background, though a proven multi-department leader from a comparable franchise who understands how service, parts, and collision feed one another will earn a serious conversation. The package includes a demonstrator vehicle and factory paid Toyota training, along with relocation assistance for candidates moving in from outside the area, which widens the pool across the Southeast regions. Because the search is confidential, qualified candidates are screened discreetly and introduced to ownership only when there is a clear fit. The opening is part of the broader market of automotive leadership careers across the United States and can be found alongside other openings on an automotive only job board, where every job seeker is there for an automotive career and dealership management roles are listed for candidates building a future in the industry.
