Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
  • Showcase vehicle features and provide engaging, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Address customer inquiries about vehicles, financing, and dealership services with clarity and confidence.
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain the professional presentation of inventory and ensure vehicles are well-organized on the lot.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to match customers with vehicles that fit their preferences and lifestyle.
  • Complete all assigned Les Stanford sales training to stay at the forefront of industry knowledge.
  • Follow up with customers via phone and email to build lasting relationships and generate referrals.
  • Proactively prospect, network, and schedule appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Log all customer and prospect interactions in the Customer Management System promptly and accurately.
  • Overcome objections skillfully and excel in high-energy sales environments.
  • Adhere to established sales processes and report progress to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Bring enthusiasm, positivity, and your best effort to work every day.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Strong phone communication skills to engage prospects and drive sales.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to grow and succeed.
  • Eagerness to quickly learn vehicle details and continuously improve sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Professional, polished appearance that reflects the dealership’s high standards.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Natural aptitude for sales, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to integrity, problem-solving, and delivering results.
