Key Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of accounting processes and deadlines
• Accurately post and commission new and used car deals
• Verify deal paperwork is accurate and compliant for contract funding
• Work with the sales team to resolve paperwork issues
• Review schedules and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Complete various other accounting duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive accounting experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and work habits

Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Some overtime may be required at month-end and year-end
