Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Develop strong customer relationships based on trust and respect
• Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening
• Present appropriate vehicle options based on customer requirements
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and value
• Conduct professional test drives and vehicle presentations
• Respond to customer questions and address concerns effectively
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers
• Utilize CRM and company technology to manage customer interactions
• Negotiate professionally and assist customers through the purchasing process
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and sales processes
• Contribute to dealership growth by consistently achieving ambitious monthly performance goals
