Automotive Service Advisor Jobs | What does it takes to work in our service department? All Hatch Toyota future employees are required to meet the following criteria:

• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Current, Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
• Service Advisor experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, in person and over the phone (bilingual a huge plus)
• Ability to work hard with limited supervision staying organized and remembering to attend to all customer needs in person, returning calls, etc.
• Computer & Phone Skills (Internet based dealership software, MS Outlook)
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Works with honesty and integrity while representing the factory and dealer during every transaction
