Qualifications
- Candidates should have a minimum of one year of sales experience or one year in a customer-facing customer service role.
- Availability for flexible hours and weekends is required.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance is expected, along with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate rewarding relationships to secure lifelong clientele.
- Demonstrate consultative selling skills; aid customers in choosing a vehicle through careful questioning and attentive listening to their responses.
- Persistently enhance your knowledge of products and sales techniques to become an expert on vehicles.
- Understand every detail of product offerings, optional packages, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to encourage and secure referral business.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager about your objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Consistently bring your best effort and a positive mindset to work every day.
What We Offer
- 25-40% commission of payable vehicle gross profit based on volume or minimum wage if earned commission is less than Washington State minimum wage
