Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all parts department operations including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory management
• Ensure strict compliance with Ford and Nissan parts policies, warranty returns, and core procedures
• Develop effective pricing strategies for retail, wholesale, and internal sales to maximize gross profit
• Lead, train, and motivate the parts counter team while maintaining optimal staffing and schedules
• Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability and minimize technician downtime
• Grow wholesale accounts with local repair shops and collision centers
• Monitor key performance indicators including inventory turnover, obsolescence, and CSI scores

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3+ years of automotive parts management experience
• Strong knowledge of dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (business degree preferred)
