Key Responsibilities:

• Examine customer vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Estimate the cost of repairs accurately
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently
• Document all services performed
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
• Request necessary parts in a timely manner
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards
• Keep an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Participate in required training
• Accurately record hours worked
• Follow all safety rules, company policies, and core values

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Strong mechanical skills and technical knowledge
• Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
• ASE certification preferred for BMW specialist work
